Yoga at the Bear - Morning Class

Join us for yoga on Thursday, July 25 from 6:30 am to 7:15 am taught by our certified instructor Mary!

The class is free and all skill levels are welcome! No registration required. Please bring a mat and arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.
